[English] MANUS Enterprises used the term “company rating” because a lot of customers have been confused by RGC results. The company rating is (close to) what average people actually feel in their hands when they attempt to close the grippers. In general, the company ratings are similar (or 10 – 20% harder) to the calibration results when the 1″ strap is placed on the middle of the handle (not at the end).

[English] According to Dmitiriy Lusin on YouTube, “I think that if you have to train for improvement in Apollon Axle or Rolling Thunder then Manus grips would be better, but if you want to train full body then TGrips could be more convenient (as they are locking on the bar tighter than Manus grips). Grooves on TGrips are not making lift weights lighter (though it still could be better if they weren’t there), because TGrips have bigger diameter than Manus grips. Big thanks to Alexey Pritula for shooting this video and to Ivan Beritashvili for giving his Manus grips!”
