According to Weightlifter’s Warehouse (@www.wwfitness.com)

Beef Builder Handgrippers are the ultimate test of grip power. Because Beef Builder Handgrippers are available in 13 different resistance levels (pounds pressure) to close, these handgrippers allow you to train your grip and gain measureable grip strength by increasing the resistance. Simliar to training any other body part by adding weight plates to a bar or machine, you simply squeeze the next higher resistance handgripper instead.

Whether you are a powerlifter, bodybuilder, arm wrestler, strongman competitor, rock climber, or just someone who requires serious hand strength, Beef Builder Handgrippers are designed for you. Beef Builder Handgrippers are precision made in the USA with machined steel springs and knurled aluminum handles for a non-slip grip. Weighing less than a pound each, you will be impressed with the quality and craftsmanship of Beef Builder Handgrippers. You will even be more impressed with the results you’ll achieve.

Hand Grippers are available in 10 strengths:
(Strengths are approximate)

Beginner (110 lbs pressure to close, .225″ spring diameter)
Advanced (130 lbs pressure to close, .235″ spring diameter)
Super Advanced (165 lbs pressure to close, .250″ spring diameter)
Master (190 lbs pressure to close, .260″ spring diameter)
Super Master (235 lbs pressure to close, .273″ spring diameter)
Grand Master (250 lbs pressure to close, .281″ spring diameter)
Elite (300 lbs pressure to close, .292″ spring diameter)
Super Elite (340 lbs pressure to close, .306″ spring diameter)
Grand Elite (365 lbs pressure to close, .310″ spring diameter)
World Class (535 lbs pressure to close, .345″ spring diameter)

3/4″ vs 5/8″ Handle Diameter: The closing distance between the 3/4″ handles is approximately 2-3/4″, while the closing distance between the 5/8″ handles is approximately 3″. It takes greater closing force to close a Beef Builder Hand Gripper with a 5/8″ diameter handle. This 1/4″ difference dramatically increases your gripping strength.

Gap: Beef Builder Hand Grippers come standard with a 1/16″ gap (distance between the spring and the handle). 1/8″, 3/16″, and 1/4″ gaps are also available. Increasing the gap facilitates closing.

Spread: Beef Builder Hand Grippers with 3/4″ diameter handles have a spread (distance between the handles) of approximately 2-3/4″. Decreasing the spread to 2-3/8″ facilitates closing.
